OPRFHS Chromebook Repair Costs for 2020/2021

Dropping Off/Picking Up Chromebooks

To ensure OPRFHS students have a working device at all times, students will be required to SWAP their broken device for a temporary device via our contactless locbox system. The OPRFHS Helpdesk will send an email to your OPRFHS Student Gmail account with specific information needed to complete your Chromebook request.  Make sure that you have access to this information upon arrival to the building.

Enter through the Main Entrance (Door 4) and check in at the Welcome Center Desk by stating that you are there to drop off/pick up your Chromebook.

Go to your assigned locker bay and enter the code emailed to your OPRFHS student Gmail account into the appropriate bay.

Open the bay and retrieve the waiting device. Leave your broken device in the same bay.

Close the bay door and exit the building through the Main Entrance (Door 4) only.

*DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS: STUDENTS MUST COMPLETE A STUDENT HELPDESK TICKET PRIOR TO CHROMEBOOK DROP OFF/PICK UP.  THERE IS NO WALK UP SERVICE AND PROPER PERSONAL PROTECTIVE GEAR IS REQUIRED TO ENTER OAK PARK AND RIVER FOREST HIGH SCHOOL.*
